• Property Type: Rural house, farmhouse, track or modular home.
• Space: 2–4 bedrooms (1,000–2,400 sq. ft.).
• Acreage: Ideally 2–5+ acres (Farm or rural locations preferred).
• Features: Fully fenced yard/perimeter is a must (or permission to modify fencing). A garage, barn, or outbuildings are a huge plus.
• Utilities: Properties with a water well are highly preferred.
